This week, it was Greenwich’s Chef Michael who shopped for the Connecticut restaurants at Hunts Point Fish Market in the Bronx.
Keep an eye out for these on the menus in the next few days:
- Yellow tile Fish (Beautiful fish!!! Bright yellow and black skin, bulging clear eyes!)
- Escolar fillet (the whole fish was about 50 pounds, so we took the whole fish and had it split between all the restaurants)
- Razor Clams
